No, clients shipping to the U.S.A. do not have to pay import fees upon delivery. these fees are pre-calculated in the merchandise value of the items on-line.

5. I live in the U.S.A. - I heard I need to give out my Social security Number to import goods, I am uneasy about this – can you explain?
It is a US regulation that requires an import number in order to receive shipments from outside the US. Once the order reaches the U.S.A., Customs Border Protection as represented by UPS will request your Social Security Number. Releasing this number is in compliance with US government regulations. VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT agents will NEVER ask this number from you at anytime. If you are a non-US citizen/resident who DOES NOT have a US Social Security Number you can apply for a Customs Border Protection - assigned number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

If the package is not successfully delivered to your address, as per the VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at your expense including the return shipment and any import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

If your order is shipped outside the European Union, the invoice will be exempt VAT tax.
When you choose SHIP TO on the top portion of the website you can also see the Euro prices LESS the VAT taxes.

No. We regret to inform you that we cannot declare the order with a lower value or as a gift. According to laws that regulate trade and commerce, all VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT orders are required to be shipped with an official invoice declaring the full value of each item.

Yes. All Pre-Orders are order reservations on an item that is due to arrive later in the season and requires full pre-payment. Your credit card will be debited at the time you place your order though the item will be shipped later.

11. I placed a Pre-Order and have not received my merchandise. Today, I looked on line and I don’t even see the image anymore – why?
Rest assured, your order has been processed correctly. You were one of the lucky ones to pre-order that item, the image is off line now as all the quantities have been “sold out”. Your order will be shipped when the item arrives from the supplier which will be within the month that was published online the time you placed your order.

12. I am going on vacation can you HOLD my order until I get back?
The items you purchased must be shipped as soon as they are available. Commercially it is important that you receive the items you purchased, try them on and apply for any eventual return as quickly as possible. When you place your orders make sure that you are at your address and available to receive the items and confirm that all the items you received are correct. Regretfully, personal ship dates are not available.

If there are sufficient funds and your account is valid, Banca Sella immediately confirms and authorizes the transaction. The credit card is Not debited and funds are only authorized toward a VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT order.
VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT debits Credit Cards the day of shipment for available merchandise.
VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT debits Credit Cards the day of order placement for Pre-Order merchandise and keeps it as an order reservation.

Our deadlines with our suppliers are for deliveries before the last day of the month. Therefore, orders may trickle in throughout the month and the expected arrival date is the last day of the month.

VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT accepts Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment.
Selecting Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment is only a request. The merchandise is not held for the Client at this time.
Upon receipt of the request, Customer Service will send VINICIO’s bank information. Items will only be shipped after receiving a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours. Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached VINICIO’s bank account.
If the scan or fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

22. I just received my order and the item is too small. Can I return it?
Yes. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for a size/merchandise exchange or refund.
Return Instructions:
1. Send an e-mail to returns@vinicioboutique.it within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). This e-mail must include Order Number (six digits #######/followed with year of order), Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size/merchandise exchange or for refund.
2. Returns must be sent with UPS. Clients must write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions given in the RAN Email. (The UPS Courier will provide the Airway Bill to complete upon pick-up)
3. Return shipments for size or merchandise exchange of greater value are FREE. The item requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value than the returned merchandise to be handled as a free return. Free Return policy is limited to one size exchange.
4. Returns for refund or partial refund (for item exchange of lesser value than the returned merchandise) are at the client’s expense: shipment and return import fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Shipments from Europe are Euro 20.00. Shipments from outside Europe are Euro 30.00. Returns for item exchanges that are of a lesser value than the item returned are at the client’s expense: shipment and return import fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the partial refund. Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles. (May vary from credit card company to credit card company.)
5. Returns must arrive within 10 days from receiving your R.A.N.

Return Terms and Conditions
• The original VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Cord must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
• The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, you must follow the instructions above.
VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of item(s) and import fees in countries where was provided.
• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
• All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT. Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.
• VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with UPS. If an unauthorized return is accepted, VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
•Pick-ups for all authorized returns with VINICIOBOUTIQUE.IT's UPS account number must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
